Trained as a psychologist and psychotherapist, I help people reconnect to themselves and awaken to a more meaningful, satisfying and abundant life.
I specialise in grief and loss, cancer patients, major life transitions, and trauma.
In my work I use various therapeutic techniques such as:
- Hypnosis,
- EMDR
- Heart-coherence
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Jungian analysis, dream-work, creative writing,
Each person is unique, therefore my approach is centred upon the client’s needs at this particular stage in their lives.
My work takes into account the 4 levels of our being:
- Physical: Taking into account our general health, food, sleep, and suggesting relaxation exercises and heart-coherence.
- Emotional: Identifying, accepting and working through our emotions and past trauma’s.
- Mental: Recognising and changing our inner thought patterns and limiting beliefs.
- Spiritual: What gives meaning to our life? How do we feel connected to our inner-being?
